How fast do you respond?
Most emails get a reply within one business day. Bug reports and paying-customer support come first. We're a small team — thank you for your patience.
Do you offer live chat?
Not yet. We prefer email so we can give thoughtful, complete answers. If chat becomes worth adding, we'll add it — but never a chat popup that hunts you across the site.
Can I request a specific tool?
Absolutely — that's how a lot of our tools got built. Tell us what the tool should do and roughly how often you'd use it.
I'm a journalist / creator. Can I get a quote?
