Your files. Your browser. That’s the deal.

LevnTools(“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the LevnTools website and related services at levntools.com (the “Service”). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Account information. If you register, we store your email address, hashed password, and subscription state.
• Content you submit to server-side tools. Some tools (particularly AI-powered Pro tools) need server compute. Content uploaded for those jobs is processed to deliver the result.
• Usage signals. Aggregate information such as pages visited, referrer, approximate region, and device class — used to understand which tools are useful and which need work.

Most free tools run entirely in your browser and do not send file contents to our servers.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate you and secure your account.
• Bill subscriptions and prevent fraud.
• Understand which tools are used and which are broken.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts).

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your content to train third-party models.

We share data only with vetted processors that help us run the Service:

• Payment processor to handle subscriptions.
• Cloud infrastructure to host the app and run Pro-tool compute.
• Email delivery to send transactional messages.
• Analytics provider for aggregated product analytics.

Each processor is bound by a data-processing agreement that restricts use to providing the service to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, in response to valid legal requests, or to protect the safety and rights of users and the public.

We use a small set of cookies and local storage keys:

• Essential — session, authentication, CSRF protection.
• Preferences — theme (light/dark), tool defaults, layout choices.
• Analytics — anonymized product metrics.

Free tiers may display ads served by third-party ad networks. Those networks may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Data is stored in access-controlled infrastructure with HTTPS in transit and standard security practices at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we take security as seriously as we take the product.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have the right to data portability, restriction of processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product at least 30 days before they take effect. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
