1. Information We Collect

Email Address: If you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication via one-time passcode (OTP). We do not require passwords.

Files & Content: Files you upload for processing (PDFs, images, text) are processed in your browser whenever possible. For server-side AI tools, your input text is sent to our API for processing and is not stored permanently.

Usage Data: We track anonymous tool usage counts (which tools are used and how often) to improve the service. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and GDPR-compliant.

IP Addresses: We use IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention. IP addresses are not stored permanently.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate your account and provide personalized features
  • To process your files and text using our tools
  • To enforce daily usage limits and prevent abuse
  • To improve the service based on aggregate usage patterns

3. Third-Party Services

Supabase: We use Supabase for authentication and file storage. Supabase processes data in accordance with their privacy policy.

OpenAI: AI-powered tools send your input text to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this data.

Plausible Analytics: We use Plausible for privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics. No personal data is collected.

Vercel: Our application is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded files processed server-side are automatically deleted after 1 hour.

Account data (email) is retained until you delete your account.

Usage logs are retained for 30 days for abuse prevention.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection: Object to processing of your personal data

6. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies for authentication session management (Supabase Auth). We do not use tracking cookies.

Plausible Analytics is cookie-free and does not require a consent banner.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Files are processed in your browser when possible and are never stored longer than necessary. We follow industry-standard security practices.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
