By accessing or using LevnTools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LevnTools provides free online tools for PDF processing, image editing, SEO analysis, QR code generation, color management, and AI-powered text generation. Most tools run entirely in your browser; some AI tools use server-side processing.

3. User Accounts

Account creation is optional. Signing in provides higher daily usage limits.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email and any OTP codes sent to you.

You must provide a valid email address for account creation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious files or content designed to exploit vulnerabilities
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service excessively
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use the AI tools to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to files and content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is yours to use. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Our Service: The LevnTools brand, design, and codebase are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced.

6. Usage Limits

Free users are subject to daily usage limits per tool. Limits reset daily at midnight UTC.

Signed-in users receive 5x the anonymous usage limits.

We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time to maintain service quality.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LevnTools be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which for free users is zero.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
