By accessing or using LevnTools(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to that organization.

LevnToolsprovides a suite of browser-based tools for processing files, generating assets, and running utility computations. Free tools run entirely in your browser. Paid (“Pro”) tools may use server-side compute to deliver AI-powered features.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove tools and features at any time. Material changes to paid features will be communicated in advance.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and prorated on plan changes.

Credits included in a Pro plan reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. You may cancel any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the paid period.

We may adjust pricing with at least 30days’ notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or violates any third party’s rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source from non-open-source portions of the Service.
• Circumvent rate limits, credit systems, plan boundaries, or other access controls.
• Resell, sublicense, or wrap the Service as a competing product without a written agreement.
• Use automated systems (scrapers, bots) to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal human usage.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of the Service or other users.

You retain all rights to the files, text, and data you submit through the Service (“Your Content”). We claim no ownership over Your Content.

To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account.

We do not use Your Content to train third-party machine learning models.

The Service, its interface, code (except open-source components under their own licenses), branding, and content are owned by LevnTools and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to use the Service, no rights are transferred to you.

Feedback and suggestions you send us are non-confidential and may be used without obligation. If you contribute code publicly (via GitHub or similar), the applicable open-source license governs.

The free tier is supported by advertising. Ads may be served by third-party ad networks and may be based on limited, non-sensitive signals. Paid plans remove ads entirely.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (payment processors, cloud providers, ad networks). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Outputs from utility and AI-powered tools should be reviewed before being relied upon in legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical contexts. We are not responsible for decisions made based on tool outputs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LevnTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LevnTools, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, subject to reasonable notice except where notice would be impractical (e.g., ongoing abuse).

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LevnTools is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-product at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
