The generator creates ICO (16x16, 32x32, 48x48), Apple Touch Icon (180x180), Android Chrome icons (192x192, 512x512), and a standard 32x32 PNG. All sizes browsers and devices expect.
What input image works best?+
A square image at 512x512 pixels or larger in PNG or SVG format works best. SVG produces the sharpest results at all sizes since it scales without quality loss.

Can I generate from a non-square image?+
Yes, but the image will be cropped or padded to a square before generating. For the best results, start with a square source image.
